Wedding Dress Cleaning
Not a Dry Cleaner.
A Specialist.
Standard dry cleaners use the same process for every garment. We use a completely different approach — one built specifically for the complex construction, delicate fabrics, and irreplaceable value of wedding gowns.

Personalized Quotes Only
Because every wedding gown is unique — different fabrics, embellishments, stain types, and construction — we provide personalized quotes after inspecting your specific gown. We believe in complete transparency before any work begins.
⚠ Important: The longer stains sit, the harder they become to remove. Champagne and body oil stains are invisible at first but oxidize and yellow over time. Don't wait.
Our Process
How We Care for Your Gown
Fabric Assessment
We identify every fabric type in your gown — many dresses combine 3–5 different materials — and select the appropriate cleaning method for each.
Stain Pre-Treatment
Every visible stain is individually pre-treated with the appropriate agent before the main cleaning process begins.
Specialist Cleaning
Using couture-grade solvents and hand-treatment techniques, we clean the entire gown with the care its construction demands.
Finishing & Return
The gown is hand-pressed, steamed, and inspected before being carefully packaged for return or preservation.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I just take my dress to a regular dry cleaner?
Standard dry cleaners use a one-size-fits-all cleaning process that is not designed for the complex construction of wedding gowns. The wrong solvent on silk can cause irreversible damage. The wrong temperature on beading can melt adhesives. Wedding gowns require specialist knowledge that most dry cleaners simply do not have.
How long does cleaning take?
Standard cleaning typically takes 2–3 weeks. Rush service is available if you need your gown returned sooner.
What types of stains can you remove?
We treat all common bridal stains: champagne, wine, makeup, foundation, lipstick, grass, mud, food, body oils, and perspiration. Results depend on the stain type, fabric, and how long the stain has been set.
Should I clean my dress before preservation?
Yes — always. Invisible stains from body oils and champagne will oxidize and turn yellow over time if not removed before preservation. Cleaning before preservation is essential for long-term results.
How do you handle my dress during cleaning?
Your gown is handled exclusively by trained specialists using cotton gloves and padded surfaces throughout. We treat every dress as the irreplaceable heirloom it is — with the care and attention it deserves.
